Hi readers, it’s Emily and Kerry here, and this week it’s me, Emily. Last week I told you all about the Mediterranean cruise I went on with my boyfriend Chris and his parents. This week, I thought I’d hand over to Chris and find out what he thought of our holiday. Here goes…

Emily: Where did we go?

Chris: We went on a cruise visiting Spain and France.

Emily: So, why did we choose a cruise?

Chris: We wanted somewhere warm and sunny, and you had never been on a cruise before. It’s also a brilliant way to see lots of different places in one holiday.

Emily: I’d love to know, which was your favourite place?

Chris: Barcelona. It’s a beautiful city with amazing architecture, a stunning cathedral, lots to explore and some great shops too.

Emily: So, what’s it actually like being on a cruise ship?

Chris: It’s like a huge floating hotel! There’s loads of entertainment, great food, swimming pools and quieter places where you can relax. Our cabin was a very good size and we even had a balcony with amazing views.

Emily: Tell me, which were the best and worst bits?

Chris: The best bits were the theatre and live music shows, the pools and definitely the food! The worst was when we had rough seas and the ship began to start rocking. We were dancing in the clubhouse at the time, which made dancing even harder!

Emily: Would you recommend a cruise?

Chris: Absolutely. Everyone was so friendly and every day there was loads do. We could explore lots of new places without having to keep packing our suitcase. It’s great just being able to sit back, relax and enjoy the ride

Thanks Chris – I think we’ll both be cruising again!
